Important update - 5th March 2025:  Many of the major Timeshare Sales & Management businesses remain in turmoil. Club La Costa is now in liquidation, Anfi Group are in bankruptcy administration and under criminal investigation, for example - and several banks such as Barclays Partner Finance, Shawbrook and others which 'partnered' with Timeshare sales companies to provide loans to finance Timeshare purchases have set aside tens of millions of pounds to cover the cost of paying out for mis-selling claims. But the clock is ticking - so it is important to seek independent, expert advice NOW, before it is too late.
